Your Quality of Life

Summer 2022 saw Harlow & Gilston Garden Town run a 12 week campaign called Your Quality of Life.

Funded by the Dept for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities, the project asked residents to comment on their local area via an online map with all views collated by HGGT partners, Quality of Life Foundation and Stantec. Our subsequent Community Feedback Report, which you can read here, highlighted preserving green space and better public transport as key priorities for people living in Harlow and across the local area.

HGGT has now published a follow up, Reflections and Recommendations, which explains how the resident feedback will go towards shaping future HGGT plans, consultation and engagement while working collaboratively with local communities. You can read the full document here and highlights include:
