Garden Town Director, Naisha Polaine, has praised the project’s Quality Review Panel (QRP).
The QRP sees professionals from multiple industries offering advice on design proposals.
And their recent Annual Report reveals 16 local projects were under the spotlight from April 2021 to March 2022.
The QRP have also published their Guide for Applicants.
It features both the Harlow Town Centre Masterplan and Gilston Villages as case studies.
“They support our ambitions for the Garden Town and play a vital role in delivering quality places for people to live, work and enjoy,” commented Naisha.
“We encourage applicants and developers to bring schemes forward to the quality review process, to benefit from the excellent knowledge and expertise provided by the panel.”
QRP Chairman, Peter Maxwell, added: “The panel has a huge part to play in supporting the Garden Town vision and delivery of 16,000 homes by 2033.
“I’ve seen the positive influence that the panel has had on forthcoming developments, policies and strategic documents.”
