Council Launches Bus Survey

With Harlow residents highlighting better public transport as part of the Garden Town’s recent Your Quality of Life campaign, Essex County Council are inviting more views on local bus services.

Launching this week, the Travel Essex unit of Essex County Council are conducting a survey to better understand public opinion of the bus services across the local area, and how they can be improved to encourage more people to use buses more regularly in the future.

All of the questions are multiple choice and Essex County Council are looking for responses from both bus users and non-bus users.

This survey is completely anonymous and the final 5 questions will be asking about age, location, gender, ethnicity and accessibility to help Travel Essex better understand the results of the survey.

At the end of the survey, you will have the option to leave your email address if you would like to an emailed copy of your responses to be sent to you.
