A year since launching the Government funded Your Quality of Life project, we were back in Harlow’s Harvey Centre on July 15 to continue our conversations with residents and find out they like and dislike about the local area.
HGGT leadership, Guy Nicholson and Naisha Polaine, were joined at the Community Celebration Day by the wider Garden Town Team to meet people and to also get their views on the regeneration and development that will take place over the forthcoming years.
And to celebrate the recent announcement that HGGT partners, Harlow Council, have received funding for a new Arts and Cultural Quarter across Playhouse Square and College Square, Hip Hop Pop put on a special performance to showcase local dance talent.
The Community Celebration Day also featured some fun family activities including arts and crafts, soft play and a smoothie making cycling game.
